Emil Miraztchiev was born in 1960 in Plovdiv, where he lives and works. He studied graphic art and graduated from the Sofia Academy of Fine Arts in 1986. He uses a variety of media, including installations, video art, photography, graphic, handmade paper, objects. He was a founding member of the first alternative art group “Ryb” (The Edge) in opposition to the official Socialist discourse in the 1980s, one of the artists-activists who obtained the use of the Ancient Baths in Plovdiv for contemporary art events. He is the president of the Art Today Association, and one of the founders of the Center for Contemporary Art in the Ancient Baths. A European bear will propose to you the most incredible (for Bulgarian standards) European drinks, like Panachée for instance, a produce of Switzerland, beer with Cola, which is a hit in Germany, beer with lemonade or Sprite, mint with Cola. It will also propose to your attention quality goods (fakes) at attractive prices. On a monitor you will have the opportunity to follow the opinion of Bulgarians on membership in the European Union, and their expectations. The down bar and the teddy bear will work towards satisfying your wishes and will make your dreams come true. Welcome back to Europe!
